Position Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the esteemed team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier talent to this organization, contributing to their continued success and growth.

This position is ideal for an individual with a robust recruitment background, technical acumen, and a proven track record in capital markets, Wealth Management and / or asset management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Recruitment : Develop and implement innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the competitive market, with a focus on capital markets and asset management professionals.
• Technical Expertise : Leverage your strong technical background to understand the unique skill sets required for various roles within the organization.

Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of technical requirements.

• Industry Insight : Stay abreast
• of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor landscapes within the capital markets and asset management sectors.

Use this knowledge to tailor recruitment strategies and stay ahead of talent market dynamics.

Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices.

• Candidate Experience : Champion a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Ensure candidates receive timely communication, feedback, and a clear understanding of the organization's values and culture.
• Employer Branding : Contribute to the enhancement of our employer brand by showcasing the organization's strengths, achievements, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• Data-Driven Approach : Utilize data analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on talent acquisition metrics and trends.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on capital markets and asset management roles.
• Proven success in recruiting for high-profile organizations, with a track record of identifying and securing top-tier talent.
• Technical proficiency, with the ability to understand and assess complex technical requirements for various positions.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics, particularly in capital markets and asset management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Compensation Package :
• A very attractive base salary of 100-130 K
