Responsibilities

• Research and capture market information as directed by the brokerage team and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage and organize data using market activity through relevant sources.
• Contact external stakeholders such as sales agents, landlords, and property managers for collecting relevant information.
• Monitor industry trends and current events to inform and enhance ongoing research initiatives.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings as directed, collecting data, and inputting into the internal database.
