Job descriptionEnglish Bachelor's degree 2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Relocation costs not covered by employer Hospitality industry Head office Private sector Private company, corporation or industry Direct staff Evaluate daily operations Train staff Advise senior management Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems Prepare reports and audit findings Manage balance sheets and profit / loss statements Identify clients' financial goals and objectives Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal control Develop financial plans for clients Prepare income tax returns from accounting records Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices Plan, set up and administer accounting systems Prepare financial information for individuals, departments or companies Make recommendations concerning cash management, insurance coverage, investment planning, retirement and estate planning Analyze clients' financial records Prepare financial statements and reports Analyze financial documents and reports Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits 1 to 2 people Automatic data processing (ADP) MS Excel Accounting software ACCPAC Sage Accounting Software Accounting External audit Public transportation is available Work under pressure Attention to detail Large caseload and workload Accurate Dependability Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Organized Team player Values and ethics Reliability Judgement
