A patients family is seeking a caregiver for a female elderly patient who has expressed a preference for a same-sex caregiver for personal care services due to privacy and dignity reasons. Patient is an elderly lady who suffers from terminal illness and severe mobility issues. We are trying to gather a team of two caregivers to support this family.

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Saturday, range from 4 hours to 6 hours; total 20 hours per week

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Location: Donald Cousens Parkway & HWY 407 area. (5 mins from closest bus stop)

What we are looking for:

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• certified PSW or strong related experience

What you will be doing:

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.

Salary Range:

• $20 per hour
