Production Manager / Director

• Lead manufacturing and assembly processes in a Lean production environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance output and quality.
• Plan production schedules and create clear work instructions.
• Identify and implement cost saving initiatives.
• Oversee new product introduction (NPI) with engineering, from design through assembly.
• Select and purchase production equipment.
• Address operational challenges with structured problem solving.
• Hire, train, and mentor production staff.
• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards and all health and safety regulations.Your Profile
• University degree or college diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management.
• Significant experience in Lean manufacturing (Lean / Six Sigma certification is a plus).
• Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fully bilingual (French / English).
• Lives within reasonable commuting distance of Pointe-Claire.Working Conditions
• Day shift : 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m.
