Job descriptionEstablish and implement policies and procedures for information systems Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software and other embedded software control systems Hire, train and supervise staff Coordinate and monitor budget and departmental resources Assess, document and optimize the capacity and performance of information and communication system networks Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Tight deadlines Attention to detail Accurate Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Initiative Organized Team player Flexibility Dependability Reliability
