Knowledge of contract law, accounting principles, and finance. Strong attention to detail to identify inconsistencies in contracts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems. A talent for simplifying complex tasks and improving efficiencies. Role and Responsibilities
- As a Contract Administrator , you will develop, negotiate, and evaluate company contracts to meet client and organizational needs.
- You will ensure all parties comply with contract terms and that contracts adhere to local and regulatory laws.
- This role involves working with onshore and offshore teams to manage contract strategies, generate reports on existing agreements, negotiate terms, and follow up to ensure proper execution.
