Woodbridge Toyota is expanding our team and looking for a motivated customer-focused Lease & Finance Renewal Manager to take charge of our dealerships renewal portfolio and drive long-term client retention.

This is a high-earning six-figure opportunity that combines base salary strong commissions performance bonuses .

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and work the dealerships extensive customer database to identify lease maturities and finance renewal opportunities.
• Contact existing clients to review current contracts present upgrade options and schedule renewal appointments.
• Collaborate with Sales Finance and Service departments to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records follow up consistently and achieve monthly renewal targets.
• Uphold all regulatory and brand standards while representing Woodbridge Toyota with professionalism.
