Accountant

Adaria Vending Services Limited – Accountant Adaria Vending Services Limited is seeking an Accountant to join our team at our head office in Vaughan.

This role will support accounting functions and assist with monitoring our help desk.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.

Responsibilities Accounting Support: Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including recording expenses, processing payments, and reconciling accounts.

Generate and send invoices to clients.

Perform bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations.

Handle deposits and filing.

Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Dynamics BC, AP payment solutions, and advanced Excel skills is an asset.

Help Desk & Customer Service: Provide support through our help desk portal, resolving issues as they arise.

Respond to inquiries and offer full customer support.

Initiate and record customer refunds.

Requirements Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Positive, high-energy attitude.

Resourceful, creative, and strong problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines, projectors).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
