Network Engineer

A typical day would involve :

• Designing, developing, documenting, and maintaining foundational network platforms, including WAN, campus networks, disaster recovery, contact center, cloud, security, and wireless environments
• Supporting day-to-day business needs while adapting network solutions to evolving security requirements and user expectations
• Providing second-level technical support to the IT Service Desk, ensuring service level goals and IT standards are consistently met
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis for business and technology applications, recommending optimized, cost-effective, and secure network designs
• Managing and prioritizing a network work-order queue, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver timely and effective solutions
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through technical trend analysis, proactive problem identification, and lifecycle management
• Resolving IT work orders in accordance with established standards so business needs are met efficiently and reliably
• Participating in incident response calls and provide hands-on support during major system failures to restore operations efficiently

What You’ll Earn :

This role offers a salary range of $75,700 - $94,000. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
