Requirements to be considered for this job :
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as social sciences, public administration, or computer science; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Strong organizational and time management skills and a keen attention to detail
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge and interest in disability, accessibility, inclusion, and human rights advocacy (i.e., legislation, attitudinal, physical, and systemic barriers faced by persons with disabilities)
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, and a keen sense of confidentiality and tact
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote work model
- Access to high-speed internet at home
- A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) is required
Nice to haves :
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a strong asset
- Familiarity or experience with social science research methods
- French language fluency
