(CAN) Staff Pharmacist

Position Summary : The Relief Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations.

What You'll Do :

• Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor.
• Establish and develop strong working relationships with Professional Services District Managers and other stakeholders.
• Accept prescriptions and refill requests from Customers, Doctors, or Hospitals.
• Ensure all prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely, and counsel patients on pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Follow OBWs / SOPs for processes.
• Operate all pharmacy equipment (register, computer systems, etc.).
• Protect patient privacy and follow provincial regulations.
• Provide eligible services such as medication reviews and injections.
• Travel to various locations as per the Relief program schedule.
• Build collaborative relationships with other healthcare providers within the store and community.
