Application Analyst

Description

Ledcor is seeking an Application Analyst to join our team and support the ongoing success of our Project Management Information System (PMIS). In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience with enterprise applications, system processes, and project management workflows while working alongside experienced professionals who will help you grow.

You will work closely with more experienced team members, the Module Owner contributes to the accuracy and consistency of system processes and supports training efforts by helping prepare materials and monitor usage. This is an entry-level position designed to build foundational knowledge of PMIS Solution and business processes.

Essential Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to ServiceNow tickets for assigned PMIS modules, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of user requests. Escalate complex issues and track progress to closure
• Perform regression testing using predefined cases, maintain the test case library, and contribute to user documentation and support logs. Identify common system issues, document resolutions, and support PMIS stability
• Execute defined system processes (e.g., ACS management, UoM updates) under the guidance of the Senior Application Analyst. Conduct basic audits to monitor adherence to PMIS standards and flag inconsistencies
• Collaborate with the Senior Application Analyst to develop foundational knowledge of business processes and PMIS configurations that support operational needs
• Assist with creating and updating training materials, participate in “train-the-trainer” sessions, and help track user engagement and feedback
• Support training delivery by coordinating logistics and addressing basic user inquiries
