Salary : $100,000 – $120,000 / year (based on experience & fit with our team)

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager (Licensed Millwright 433A) to take full ownership of our Maintenance Department in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a senior leadership role for a true department owner, someone who can build structure, drive preventative maintenance, verify quality of work, reduce downtime, and lead a strong team culture.

We’re looking for a leader who not only keeps equipment running but builds people and sets the standard. This role includes continuing and strengthening our Millwright apprenticeship program through hands-on coaching, development, and strong department leadership.
