As our new Project Development Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in making sure our building process is more efficient than ever before. If you’re detail-oriented, love streamlining systems, and want to be part of a company where you can shape how great homes get built, keep reading further.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinating with trades and suppliers so everyone’s aligned and ready
• Managing and performing pre-construction preparations
• Reviewing construction drawings and checklists to avoid issues onsite
• Conducting site visits and inspections at key stages of construction to ensure readiness and quality
• Taking ownership of day-to-day tasks from our project checklists, executing them with precision and continuously looking for ways to improve the systems behind them.
• Watching the big picture across all active and upcoming projects – keeping things on track and spotting ways to do it better next time
• You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team that values communication, accountability, and continuous improvement.
