PAM Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support PAM initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain CyberArk and other PAM tools, ensuring compliance with security standards.
• Assist and support CyberArk daily and special activities.
• Respond to service requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
• May assist with user documentation and training materials.
• Generate activity and compliance reports for PAM tools.
• Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
• Think creatively and propose new solutions.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality practices and work in alignment with productivity goals.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the capability of the PAM process.
• Provide technical Information Security expertise.
• Collaborate with teams to support day‑to‑day PAM operations and security objectives.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to support PAM incidents.
• Stay current with PAM and CyberArk trends through ongoing learning.
