Our client, one of Canada’s leading specialists contractors within aerospace and defense is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Mechanics (AME-M) performs aircraft maintenance, repairs.

Responsibilities :
- Comply with the customer’s audit kit, Transport Canada regulations (CARS), Technical Airworthiness Manual (TAM), Quality Control Procedures (QCP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Process Standards (CPS), all maintenance, manufacturing and policy manuals, and the scope of their certification authority when performing repairs, modifications and inspection tasks on aircraft
- Carry out repairs, modifications and inspection tasks on customer aircraft
- Complete administrative paperwork, documentation and reports
- Coach and direct junior technicians to ensure that tasks are performed efficiently and accurately, and that the skills needed to progress in the trade are developed
- Perform other tasks as required
Qualifications :
- 4+ years of AME experience
- AME license or an AME certification authority in his or her field
- Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (approved by TCA or appropriate regulatory body)
- Full TCA authorization
- C130 experience is an asset
