• with us the minimum responsibilities are :
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Accepting payments from customers, researching customer billing inquiries and updating customer account information.
• General office administrative duties including filing, data entry, supplies management, mail delivery, and log incoming cheque payments.
• Assisting with other department tasks as assigned.
• What We Need From You :
• Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
