Your Opportunity

As a Functional Developer you will support the evolution and enhancement of our Oracle E‑Business Suite Financials and BlackLine Financial Close Suite. You will collaborate with business analysts and technical development teams to understand requirements, perform functional analysis and design, and produce functional solution designs, configurations and specifications. You will oversee, configure and design functional solutions, act as the functional subject‑matter expert, guide end‑user groups and keep abreast of relevant module enhancements and updates.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Recommend Oracle EBS and BlackLine functionalities to meet new business requirements, improve existing processes and solve application issues.
• Lead solution design based on Oracle and BlackLine best practices, leveraging out‑of‑the‑box functionality and extensions.
• Develop impact analysis and change management strategies for large implementations or small functionality changes.
• Create functional design documents in collaboration with developers and analysts.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end delivery of Oracle EBS Financials and BlackLine solutions with developers, testers, DBAs and support analysts.
• Monitor, analyze and advise on testing of application patches / upgrades.
• Configure applications to meet business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and design for extensions and custom applications.
• Work closely with QA analysts to develop and execute test strategies and plans.
• Present technical solutions to the business in collaboration with Business Analysts.
• Monitor patch releases from Oracle and BlackLine and provide impact assessment to management.
• Provide post‑implementation support to Operations teams.
• Collaborate with the management team to manage priorities, resources and cross‑project dependencies.

Pay Transparency

Pay ranges for this role are provided where required. Final compensation is based on education, qualifications, experience and location. Certain roles may be bonus eligible. Part‑time compensation is pro‑rated.
