As a full-time Bookkeeper at Ladon, you'll apply your full-cycle accounting expertise to support a diverse portfolio of professional service clients. In our remote work environment, you'll manage multiple deadlines with precision, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Your strong communication, organization, and time management skills paired with your accuracy and confidence in handling complex financial data will make you a key contributor to Ladons continued growth.

A Day in the Life

As a Bookkeeper at Ladon, you will :

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients with accuracy and insight.
• Oversee A / R and A / P, including payments, ledger reviews, soft costs, credit card charges, and cheque preparation.
• Complete monthly bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GST, PST, and WorkSafeBC remittances.
• Create and maintain organized, audit-ready financial reports and records.
• Collaborate with the team via Zoom and Slack to solve problems and share best practices.
• Drive process improvements and embrace new technology to streamline workflows.
