Position Summary :

In this role, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of production equipment and facility systems through preventive and corrective maintenance. You’ll work across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime and keep our production running efficiently.

This full-time, on-site position requires someone with strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs.

• Maintenance Supervisor : $37–$42 / hour (Leadership role overseeing the team and ensuring smooth maintenance operations. Millwright certification is an asset).
• Actual pay will depend on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.

Create and maintain preventive maintenance schedules based on manuals, history, and experience.

Order and maintain spare parts inventory with accurate records.

Complete work orders, preventive maintenance records, and inspection reports in the maintenance database.

Follow all health and safety protocols, including lock-out / tag-out and PPE requirements.

Work with Production Supervisors to prioritize repairs and schedule maintenance to support production needs.

Lead the maintenance department, including daily prioritization, assignment of work orders, and coordination with production.
