Status : Full-Time Contract (1 Year, with renewal potential)

Salary Range : $80,000 – $86,000 (commensurate with experience)

The Community Clinical Educator – Southwestern Ontario is a regionally‑embedded clinical education leadership role focused on delivering, adapting, and advancing high‑quality PSW education across community‑based partner organizations.

Situated within a host partner organization in Southwestern Ontario, this role requires frequent regional travel combined with virtual education delivery. Reporting to the Executive Director, RLC, the Community Clinical Educator contributes to frontline workforce development, regional education quality, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with RLC strategy.

Key Responsibilities – Education Delivery

• Deliver RLC‑designed education aligned with PSW scope of practice and Ontario standards
• Facilitate primarily in‑person education with supplemental virtual delivery
• Adapt education materials to reflect partner needs and learner diversity
• Deliver education across medication management, dementia care, infection prevention, safe client handling, and responsive behaviors along with other topics as identified
• Evaluate learner outcomes and incorporate feedback into program improvement
• Demonstrate measurable improvements in learner confidence, competence, and application to practice
