Status : Full-Time Contract (1 Year, with renewal potential)

Salary Range : $80,000 – $86,000 (commensurate with experience)

The Regional Learning Centre (RLC), funded by Nucleus Independent Living, strengthens the skills, confidence, and clinical judgement of Personal Support Workers (PSWs) and frontline leaders across Ontario.

The Community Clinical Educator – Southwestern Ontario is a regionally‑embedded clinical education leadership role focused on delivering, adapting, and advancing high‑quality PSW education across community‑based partner organizations.
Situated within a host partner organization in Southwestern Ontario, this role requires frequent regional travel combined with virtual education delivery. Reporting to the Executive Director, RLC, the Community Clinical Educator contributes to frontline workforce development, regional education quality, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with RLC strategy.
