What a Shift Looks Like

As a Shift Manager, no two days are the same, but here's what you can expect :

• Leading the Team : You'll inspire and guide a team of Crew Members, helping them achieve their best while building a strong, supportive work culture.
• Creating a Great Environment : It's up to you to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming space - for both your team and guests. You'll make sure everything runs smoothly so that everyone has an enjoyable experience.
• Making an Impact : You'll have the opportunity to get involved in local events, giving back to the community and helping make your town a better place.
• Problem-Solving : When things don't go as planned, you'll be the one stepping up, finding quick solutions, and keeping things on track.
