Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Remote within Canada

Salary Range: C$50 - C$59/Hr.

Duration: 3 Months

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Reliability clearance
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Project and scheduling expertise
• Familiarity with PMIS and ADO
• Understanding of PSPC and ESDC Task Authorization Processes
• Knowledge of procurement processes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist project management and data processing professionals, technical users, and end users in project coordination and synchronization tasks
• Provide administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required to a project team
• Create and maintain project documentation, governance artefacts, including presentations, and application/system libraries
• Act as the first or single point of contact in a "hot-line" situation by handling incoming calls and resolving simple problems
• Track project progress, update and maintain detailed project schedule in PMIS, and manage risks and issues
• Communicate with project management and data processing professionals on administrative matters related to the project
