Program Operations Manager

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Program Operations Manager to help drive seamless operations and deliver impactful projects. What You’ll Do : Daily Operations

Work closely with stakeholders across departments to oversee daily operations.
Manage ongoing projects and promotions in the CRM.
Ensure smooth coordination between teams to keep workflows efficient and on track.

Project Management

Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Adapt to shifting priorities with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Reliability and Efficiency

Handle critical tasks and projects with high reliability.

Streamline operational processes and suggest improvements.

Be available on-demand after work hours when needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Communicate effectively with stakeholders from various departments.

Foster collaboration and deliver tangible results promptly.

What We’re Looking For :

2–4 years of experience in operational or project management roles.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred.

Strong technical affinity and ability to quickly grasp new systems.

Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proven track record of reliability and meeting deadlines.

Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams.
