Our client in the Lower Mainland / Fraser Valley has an immediate requirement for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their boutique law firm. Salary is extremely attractive.

Responsibilities include preparation of documents relating to BC, Federal and extra-provincial companies and societies, including incorporations / registrations, corporate reorganizations, dividends, alterations and article amendments, share / asset transactions, director and officer changes, name changes, amalgamations, continuations, dissolutions and restorations; Filings and registrations; ALF input and updates (including virtual minute book updates); Correspond with clients, solicitors and accountants.

Job Requirements :

Requirements include a Diploma or certificate in accredited paralegal program and / or successful career history in the role of a corporate paralegal; over of three years related experience; Working knowledge of BC Online, ALF and Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel); Ability to demonstrate extraordinary client-focused service; Superb communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task / manage priorities in a fast paced environment; and Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of PC Law, Worldox or Time Matters is an asset.
