We are currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for our Swift Current office.

Position Purpose

As aBookkeeper you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of our clients by managing day-to-day accounting activities. Youll handle everything from maintaining general ledgers and reconciling accounts to preparing payroll and generating detailed financial reports. Your accuracy and attention to detail will help us deliver top-tier service that our clients can count on.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledgers by recording verifying and reconciling transactions
• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including bank reconciliations payroll A / R A / P GST and ROE preparation
• Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients ensuring compliance with GAAP and identifying / reporting discrepancies
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with quarterly and annual reporting
• Perform expense tracking and ensure alignment with budgets and accounting standards
• Prepare weekly bi-weekly and monthly payroll and source deduction remittances
