The Opportunity
Shape the World Around You - As a Regional Project Implementation Manager for our Corporate Real Estate portfolio, you'll be the regional go-to partner for workplace projects that matter - from new offices and relocations to right-sizing and closures. You'll work closely with the Director of Project Management and business line leaders to plan, design, and deliver efficient, future-ready workplaces that support our people and our clients.
You see the big picture and sweat the details. In this role, you'll lead and mentor a regional project team, standardize how we deliver projects across markets, and raise the bar on service quality while balancing timelines, budgets, sustainability, and the employee experience.
Your Impact
- Partner with the Director of Project Management to shape the strategy and execution of Corporate Real Estate projects in your region, balancing efficiency, cost, and client needs.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of planning, design, construction, relocation, right-sizing, and closure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Set and uphold service standards for Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management projects, enabling a strong quality-of-service focus across your regional portfolio.
- Streamline how work gets done by recommending and implementing processes, tools, and ways of working that improve team efficiency and consistency across markets.
- Identify and resolve project issues by assessing risks, developing options, and making recommendations that support continuous improvement with a national and global mindset.
- Lead change management in partnership with the Change Management Lead to ensure project outcomes are adopted, understood, and deliver the intended impact for employees and leaders.
- Manage, coach, and mentor the Regional Corporate Real Estate Project team , building a strong, service-driven culture and holding team members accountable to established policies and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with local, regional, and national leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on Corporate Real Estate, workplace strategy, and facilities-related initiatives.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules that optimize costs while ensuring feasibility, clarity, and alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and other Corporate Services teams (HSE, Legal, Marketing, etc.) to ensure compliance with company policies, accurate accounting treatments, and rigorous supplier management.
- Promote sustainability and HSE compliance by fostering energy reduction and sustainable practices and managing corrective measures stemming from audits and assessments.
- Liaise with other Project Implementation Managers nationally and globally to drive consistency of service delivery and share best practices.
The Skills That Set You Apart
You have a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Engineering / Management (or equivalent), paired with over 5 years of experience in a Construction, Design, or Project Management environment delivering complex projects.You bring a strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and drawings , and you're comfortable reviewing contractor quotations, budgets, and schedules.You're proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office , and you use these tools to translate concepts into clear plans, layouts, and project documentation.You have proven experience developing, monitoring, and adjusting budgets, cash flows, and schedules on multi-stakeholder projects.You demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset - proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and services, and not being afraid to challenge the status quo.You thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple demands and shifting priorities , while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and accountability for outcomes.You exercise sound judgement and independent decision-making , while keeping open lines of communication with executives, stakeholders, and your team.You are bilingual in English and French , enabling you to work effectively with partners and colleagues across Canada who may speak only one of these languages (a firm requirement for this role).You are willing and able to travel , as required, to support regional project delivery and stakeholder engagement.Why Choose WSP?

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT : $104,100 - 138,000MB & ON : $95,000 - 130,800NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC : $94,100 - 124,900Disclosure :
