About the Role

As a Landscape Construction Worker, youll be part of the backbone of our team. Youll work on a variety of high-end residential projects and gain experience in nearly every aspect of landscape construction. This role is ideal for those who enjoy variety in their work and want to learn from some of the best professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Install hardscape elements including natural stone and concrete paving products
• Perform basic carpentry tasks such as decks, fences, and simple concrete formwork for footings
• Complete rough and fine grading and install drainage systems
• Assist with planting specimen trees, shrubs, and building out garden beds
• Install natural and synthetic lawns
• Support irrigation installation and assembly
• Operate mobile equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators
• Use laser levels, spirit levels, and stringlines to ensure accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site
