Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Langley, B.C. As an Associate Lawyer, your responsibilities will include managing a variety of cases across practice areas such as Family Law, Real Estate, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defence, Business Law, Estate Planning, and Immigration. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, providing advice, representing clients in negotiations and court, and working with the greater legal team to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Family Law, Real Estate transactions, Criminal Defence, Civil Litigation, Business Law, Estate Planning, or Immigration
• Proficient in legal drafting, contract negotiation, and document review
• Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills
• Advanced research, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high professional standards
• Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and client-centric environment
• Previous experience in a similar role or legal practice would be advantageous
