Your Opportunity

Steckley Consulting Engineers is seeking a Civil Engineer (Land Development) to join our growing team in Winkler, Manitoba. This role focuses on the planning, design, and delivery of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects throughout southern Manitoba.

You will work closely with land developers, municipalities, regulators, and private clients to deliver projects from concept through approval and construction. Project scope ranges from single-lot grading and servicing plans for individual landowners to large residential and commercial subdivisions involving hundreds of lots, offering the opportunity to take ownership of projects, lead technical design, and help shape growing communities across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Land development requires balancing engineering rigor, regulatory requirements, and practical construction realities. In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Leading and contributing to the design of land development projects, including greenfield and infill developments.
• Preparing and reviewing designs for :

Site grading

Capabilities and Qualifications

Registered or eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM) in the future.
