Intermediate / Senior ServiceNow Developer

Position Description :

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Intermediate / Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and optimize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires hands-on development, problem-solving, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations that meet business requirements.

Your future duties and responsibilities :

• . Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, CRM, ITOM, SPM, or HRSD.
• . Possess demonstrated experience in leveraging ServiceNow's best practices in the applications mentioned above.
• . Create and manage advanced scripts, workflows, Business Rules, and UI policies.
• . Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and configurate the imported data.
• . Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
• . Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
• . Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in code reviews.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role :

. 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

. Knowledge and experience in implementing new modules.

. ServiceNow certification in the modules mentioned above would be a strong asset.

. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform's functionalities and capabilities. Experience in building and maintaining integrations.

. Critical thinking in terms of requirement gathering, solution design, and automation design.

. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices.

. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
