Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Master Data Analyst Supervisor to join their focused team.

As the Master Data Analyst Supervisor your day to day responsibilities of this role may include, but not be limited to:

• Leading and supporting a team of Master Data Analysts including assigning responsibilities, mentoring, training, supervising, backup and vacation support, and ensuring health and safety for the team.
• Identify business issues and problems and provide solutions
• Document new and existing processes as well as implementing any changes with the team
• Tracking team performance
• Address any performance issues immediately and in a considerate manner

Job Requirements:

The successful Master Data Analyst Supervisor will possess the following:

• Previous experience as a Master Data Analyst Supervisor or similar role
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Excellent team building skills are required
• Exceptional communication skills
