QUALIFICATIONS :
Education, Training And Experience
A Master's degree in Nursing from a recognized university is required. A minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience with three (3) years of recent, related experience / specialization in specific area of practice, recent, progressive experience in administrative and advanced nursing leadership roles.
Comprehensive understanding of current thinking related to practice, leadership, care and service delivery, budgets, project management, change and quality improvement.
National certification in program area and previous leadership roles / teaching experience an asset. Current practicing registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).

- Demonstrated ability to promote innovation and high performance in others.
- Demonstrated project management experience with multi-faceted projects and stringent timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with frequent interruptions and time constraints.
- A valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal car is required.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
