Job Description

As an Associate in the Sales & Operations Development Program, you will participate in a twelve‑month training cycle designed to prepare you for a Sales or Sales Operations position within Wesco. You will develop strong selling skills and overall business acumen, gain product and industry knowledge, and expand your professional network across Wesco. You will work directly under the supervision of a local manager and be paired with a peer mentor who is a former program graduate. Successful completion of the program results in a full‑time Sales or Sales Operations role.

Compensation Details

$57,000 – $67,000 CAD annually. This range reflects our base pay; actual offer may vary based on geographic location, education, experience, and other factors.

Eligible positions may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, with potential commission for certain sales roles, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
