Job description

ADJOINTE ADMINISTRATIVE POUR LES OPÉRATIONS

Notre client est un entrepreneur important et bien établi dans le

domaine de l’électricité qui est en affaires depuis plus de 50 ans. Notre

client, situé à Ville Mont-Royal, cherche une adjointe administrative pour

les Opérations. Le milieu de travail est très respectueux, amusant et

intensément axé sur le travail d'équipe.

Il est rarement nécessaire de faire des heures supplémentaires. Mis à part

les responsabilités énumérées ci-dessous, la personne choisie aura à

remplacer la réceptionniste et sera sa remplaçante. Le travail à la

réception occupera environ 20 % de la journée de travail.

LES RESPONSABILITÉS INCLUENT :

  • la préparation et l'envoi de soumissions
  • l'ouverture de projets (formation donnée)
  • répondre aux appels téléphoniques de l'équipe
  • Créer des rapports de thermo et de maintenance à partir de

gabarits

  • Procès-verbaux de réunions
  • Permis HQ / RBQ (formation donnée)
  • Classement électronique
  • Remplacement à la réception
  • EXIGENCES :

  • 75% du travail sera en français qui doit être très bien
  • parlé et écrit

  • Avoir une solide connaissance de l'anglais
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe
  • Connaissance de Word, Excel et Outlook
  • Souci du détail
  • Expérience de travail dans le domaine de la construction
  • serait un atout.

  • Expérience des soumissions de devis et de commandes
  • d’achat serait un atout.

    Notre client est fermé pendant 2 semaines en juillet et 2 semaines en

    décembre.
