Overview

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and a smile.
  • Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service.
  • Maintain overall guest flow within the restaurant.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Committed to making a positive impact.

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Applies at minimum wage per hour, plus tip-outs.
  • Competitive wages and flexible schedules.
  • Healthcare benefits, meal discounts, and paid sick leave.
  • Daily Pay (not available in California).

    • Physical Standards

  • Ability to remain stationary and move steadily for up to four hours.
  • Can safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Can speak clearly and listen attentively to staff.
  • Can transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen.
  • Must wear protective hand coverings, face coverings or masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
  • Must wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap.
