Deli Team Member-Olds, AB- Westview Co-op

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Deli Manager, the Deli Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core values and Brand:

• Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s policies and procedures and participating in the Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety.
• Providing professional, people-first, service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto.
• Production, packaging, and merchandising of product.
• Food preparation as needed.
• Accurate ordering and receiving of product.
• Ensure high levels of image and cleanliness in line with our Brand expectations.
• Team Members will work in all areas of the assigned department.
• Other projects and assignments as required.

This position requires the use of equipment, as well as frequent heavy lifting of product (up to 50lbs unassisted).

• Quality communication skills.

This is a part-time position, the successful candidate will have the ability to work days, evenings and weekends for approximately 10-16 hours per week.
