About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of Radial’s marketing plans and campaigns across multiple brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a central role in coordinating our internal team, managing logistics, maintaining marketing tools, and ensuring deadlines are met. This is a unique opportunity to work on both creative and operational sides of marketing within a fast-paced, music-focused company.

You’ll be the operational glue that keeps everything running—so our strategic ideas become real-world results.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing team timelines and task assignments using tools like Asana.
• Assist with tradeshow logistics, shipping, booth coordination, and promotional materials.
• Maintain dealer and distributor portals with the latest marketing assets.
• Pull monthly marketing performance data and organize it for internal review.
• Manage BIM and sample libraries and assist with new product rollout logistics.
• Support administrative tasks including invoice processing and workback plans.
• Work with external vendors and freelancers to ensure timely asset delivery.

What Success Looks Like

• Marketing campaigns are launched on time and in full, following the marketing calendar.
• The internal team is aligned and aware of their timelines and deliverables.
• Tradeshow and event logistics are organized with confidence and accuracy.
• Marketing tools, assets, and portals are up-to-date and easy to access.
• You anticipate needs and close gaps before they become bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordination role.
• Proven organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with tools like Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
• Comfortable using CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and shifting deadlines.
• Experience managing event logistics or tradeshows.
• Experience in music, pro audio, or B2B industries is a plus.
