Summary : Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant

Location : Asheville, NC 28806

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician's Assistant (PA) to join our team in Asheville, NC.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in oncology care and possess the necessary qualifications to provide exceptional patient-centered services.

Qualifications :

Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant program with a Master's degree.

Current APRN or PA license in North Carolina.

Certification from ANCC or ONS (AOCN-P).

Minimum of 5 years of oncology experience as an APRN or PA.

Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities :

Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for oncology patients.

Administer chemotherapy and other treatments under physician supervision.

Educate patients and families on treatment options and symptom management.

Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the healthcare team.

Participate in professional development activities to stay current in oncology care.

Salary Range : $90,000 - $130,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications).
