CNC Programmer / Operator

Location : Woodbridge, ON, Canada

Opportunity Status : Vacancy

Compensation : $30 – $40 per hour

Position Overview :

Manufacture tooling and prototype components as directed by blueprint or instructions using CNC equipment.
Verify that tooling and prototype components are to blueprint specifications.
Takes all required safety precautions when working; advises people nearby of same.
Machine Shop environment with a great group of teammates!

Minimum Requirements :

Minimum high school diploma.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience programming and operating Lathes

CAD / CAM (Delcam and SolidWorks software) experience would be an asset.

Must be able to do own set-ups and read blueprints.

Must have excellent mathematical skills.

Able to fulfill physical requirements as required.

Repetitive lifting of components / tools up to 40 pounds.

May be required to work different shifts.
