Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Billing Clerk to join their hard-working team for a full time role.
As the Billing Clerk your day to day responsibilities of this role may include, but not be limited to :
- Creating invoices and credit memos
- Sending payment reminders
- Maintain accuracy in billing data, correcting any errors
- Follow up with vendor / client requests
- Manage customer accounts, check for outstanding debts, incorrect or incomplete information, or other problems
- Record journal entries for all adjustments to billings
- Issue periodical customer account statements
- Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
Job Requirements :

- Previous experience as a Billing Clerk
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
