The Senior Network Engineer will work with our customers and partners in help them leverage Cloud platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Managing and monitoring Aptos Cloud systems
• Providing on-going operational IT support for the Aptos Cloud environment 24 / 7
• Implementing system enhancements / upgrades when required.
• Functioning as an integral member of the Cloud operations team
• Performing shift work requirements as deemed necessary

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT preferred
• 5 - 10 years of experience working with physical networking and server environments as well as Cloud infrastructure
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Core Switch Networking , VLANs, Routing and VPNs
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022 and MS-SQL Server
• Virtualization technologies like Microsoft Hyper-V
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft WSUS and McAfee ePolicy
• AWS EC2 and AWS VPC
• Strong troubleshooting methodology / skills

Preferred Skills :

• Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell
• Understanding of relational databases
• Retail operation experience or knowledge
• Cisco CCNP / CCIE, Microsoft MCSE or similar certifications
• Fibre Chanel Switches
• SAN Knowledge and experience
