Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Scene Design Assistant at Xinflix Media located in Markham, ON. As a Scene Design Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the scene design team in creating and implementing artistic designs for film and television productions.
Your primary tasks will include assisting with research, drafting design concepts, creating visual representations, and collaborating with other members of the production team to ensure the successful execution of the desired aesthetic vision.
Qualifications
- Strong artistic and creative skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of scenic design principles and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Set or Production Design, Fine Arts, Visual Arts)
- Prior experience in scene design or related roles is a plus
