Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of MNP programs and training, ensuring effective use of appropriate training delivery methodologies
• Lead the planning, analysis, design and development process for multiple learning units simultaneously
• Facilitate interviews with various Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to capture content, create training documentation and translate ideas into useful written content and course materials
• Perform all phases of documentation development including planning, research, writing, reviewing, editing, and publishing to multiple formats
• Develop presentation, graphical images, flow charts, diagrams and screen shots
• Determine the proper blend of instructor-led, hands-on, and web-based learning solutions
• Actively research and recommend innovative learning tools and technologies to deliver cutting edge design solutions
• Advance and implement learning and development initiatives
• Maintain relationships with learning technology experts
• Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
