Project Coordinator - Structural Steel

Motion Steel is seeking a Project Coordinator in our Calgary, AB office to provide estimating and administrative support to the Project Management teams·

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience with AutoCAD can be helpful but is not mandatory.
• Possess good verbal, written, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  Responsibilities:
• Complete administrative tasks and manage documentation associated with specific projects.
• Carry out cost estimates and complete proposals for new opportunities.
• Issue work orders to the manufacturing team & track manufacturing progress.
• Treat all customers, internal and external, with respect, courtesy and integrity.
• Maintain effective relations with the project management and manufacturing teams through an excellent attitude, good knowledge, efficient work practices and proper documentation.
