Job Summary

Royal LePage West Real Estate Services is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk / Reception & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our office and plays a key role in supporting Realtors®, staff, and clients.

Duties

  • Greet clients, Realtors®, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain the reception area and boardroom schedules
  • Provide administrative support to management and Realtors® as needed
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Coordinate courier pickups, mail distribution, and office supplies
  • Support office events, meetings, and training sessions
  • Perform general clerical and office support duties, marketing as required

Skills

  • Previous reception or office administration experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience in real estate or professional office environment is an asset
