As the Director of Care, RN you'll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care for seniors, elevating their overall quality of life. Reporting to the Administrator / ED, you'll oversee nursing services, ensuring compliance with physicians orders and government policies.

Your leadership skills will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of care within the long-term care home.

Must be eligible for full registration as RN with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) and have a minimum of 3 years' experience working within seniors in care services.
