Job Description

Join our Talent Pool for Future Program Manager opportunities at CLEAResult Canada! We’re building a pipeline of talented professionals interested in future Program Manager roles with CLEAResult. Program Managers at CLEAResult are responsible for leading the successful delivery of energy efficiency, demand‑side management, and sustainability programs on behalf of utilities and public‑sector clients. In this role, you will oversee program operations, manage cross‑functional teams, ensure client and regulatory requirements are met, and drive high‑quality outcomes for customers and stakeholders—while supporting CLEAResult’s mission to advance energy efficiency and climate solutions.

Salary : Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data / ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD / technology), for example.
