Your new role
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in thepany's strategic initiative to adopt SharePoint Online (SPO) as the next-generation modern collaboration and information management (IM) system.
Your primary objective will be to facilitate the migration of valuable information from on-premises file shares (shared drives,mon Document Share (CDS) U : / drive, etc.
to M365 SharePoint Online IM-certified sites and libraries. You will collaborate closely with the M365 Workplace Modernization Team and Legacy Drive Migration project team to ensure aprehensive, repeatable process that retains valuable metadata and maintains data integrity throughout the migration process.

Technical Expertise
- In-depth understanding of SharePoint Online (SPO) and its capabilities
- Knowledge of information management principles and best practices
- Experience with data migration processes and tools
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to identify and resolveplex issues related to data migration and information management
- Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
Project Management
- Experience of managing and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Security Clearance
You need to have a federalernment's Enhances Security Clearance or secret level that's valid till the end of this project.
